ORDER AND SHIPPING
1. Can I cancel or modify an order once it’s been placed?
If you want to modify, or cancel your order please contact us at Info@gik.vn immediately after the order has been placed. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
2. How do I know if My order was placed successfully?

- After you place an order on Gik.vn, you will receive an email notification to the email address you provided while placing the order. 

- The first confirmation email you receive does not confirm your order is being fulfilled and shipped. Once your order is fulfilled and, on its way, we will send you a shipment confirmation email.

3. Can I change the address on My order?
Changing the address is only acceptable when order is on ‘unfulfilled’ status.
4. When can I truck My order?

You can truck your order when the status of your order is fulfilled.

- If your order is on ""Fulfilled” status, it means that cancellation is not possible at all.

- If the order is still on ""Unfulfilled"" status, you can ask GIK customer care team for the cancellation. Please send an email (Info@gik.vn) with your order number to cancel the order.

PAYMENTS
1. What forms of payment does Gik accepts?
GIK currently accepts Visa, and Master Cards. Payment can also be made via PayPal, Zalo Pay, and Momo pay.
2. Will I be responsible for import duties, taxes, or fees?

- Overseas shipments may be subject to duties, import taxes, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. Please keep in mind that duties, import taxes and customs fees will held responsible by the recipient.

- Please check the custom policies of your country directly, Not knowing your country's custom regulation may result in your order incurring unnecessary import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.

3. What happens if My payment gets declined?
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If a name or numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Make sure to spell the names accurately and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Try to reach out with your financial institution about the serious problems associated with your credit card.

2. Is there subscription cancellation fee?
No. You can cancel or modify your subscription anytime without any fee.
3. What is the refund policy of the company?
It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order. Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE

2. You are eligible for exchange or return in the following cases

- You can exchange or return your order within seven (7) days of receiving your contract details. If the delivery is delayed after you have received your contract details, you can exchange or return your order within seven (7) days upon receipt of your order or after the start of the shipping date.

- You may exchange or return your order within three (3) months following delivery or within thirty (30) days of becoming aware that the goods and services were delivered in specifications that are different from how they were advertised or promised.

3. You are not eligible for exchange or return in the following cases

- If the goods have been damaged or destroyed due to causes attributable to you (However, you are eligible to cancel your order if you had opened the packaging to examine the contents.)

- If the value of the goods has depreciated significantly due to partial or heavy use

- If the value of the goods has depreciated significantly because a long period of time has elapsed, making it difficult to resell the goods

- If the packaging has been damaged for goods that can be reproduced as identical counterfeits - If we have obtained your consent of ineligibility because irrecoverable damage to the seller is expected in the case of an order cancellation for goods that are produced individually for an order

- If the provision of digital content has already commenced. (However, this shall not apply to the portion for which the provision of such digital content has not commenced in cases of a contract comprising divisible services or divisible digital content.)
